To change the delivery address of an e-bike already shipped through UPS in the United States, start with that package's UPS tracking page and look for Change My Delivery. Editing your address in the shop account will not reroute an existing shipment. If UPS does not offer a recipient change, contact the seller as the sender; a minor correction and a move to a different destination are different requests.
Start With the Shipment, Not Your Store Account

Check the tracking number for the electric bike itself. Accessories may travel separately, and changing the wrong package will not solve the problem. Match the item in your order confirmation to the shipping email before requesting the address change.
Use UPS's official tracking page rather than a delivery-change link in an unexpected text. UPS provides guest and account-based routes, but the available choices depend on the shipment. Seeing a change option on another parcel does not establish that this bike qualifies.
Correction or a Different Destination?
Adding a missing apartment detail is not the same request as sending the bike to another city. Describe the problem accurately, including the original address and the intended correction.
UPS describes a small-address-correction option after an unsuccessful delivery attempt. That pathway should not be mistaken for permission to replace the entire destination whenever you like. If tracking offers Correct My Address, follow its limits. If it does not, ask the sender instead of entering unrelated information into a field just to get past it.
Know When the Sender Has to Act
The shipper or package contents may restrict recipient changes. UPS also has a sender-requested Delivery Intercept service for eligible shipments before delivery. Neither route means an intercept is guaranteed.
Give the seller the order number, tracking number, and requested destination. The Macfox support guide covers the appropriate contact path. Ask whether the seller needs to submit the request and whether fees or a delivery delay may apply.
Do not assume a large bike package can be held at any nearby pickup point. Confirm that the particular shipment and location are eligible before selecting that option.
Check That the Change Was Completed
A submitted request is not a completed reroute. Look for confirmation of the accepted destination and follow the tracking updates. Keep any confirmation from the seller and UPS together so you can tell which request is current.
If the change cannot be made, agree on the next step with the seller. Do not assume refusing the package will produce a free return or immediate refund. Once the parcel is moving, one clear, confirmed plan is more useful than repeated address changes that may contradict each other.
