Cancellation:
You can request a full refund before an item ships. Once an item has shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Returns:
You may apply for a return within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.For assistance, contact support@macfoxbike.com. We will help create a return label and process your refund once the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a few days.

My son loves it and completely happy .But I have a mechanical question. If throttle is broken how much to replace it ?

In regards to your question about the throttle, we understand your concern. The cost of replacing a broken throttle can vary depending on the extent of the damage and the specific model of your bike. This is my first ever e-bike & the only thing I regret is not purchasing it sooner. The pictures don’t do it justice, this bike is gorgeous in person! I live in New York City - where there’s potholes, unexpected traffic jams & so much more & this bike is adaptable to everything! It’s always a smooth ride for me. There was a route I took that required me to ride over a cobblestone road & my bike didn’t loose power or speed & I was able to keep it balanced. The battery is also long lasting & the brakes are strong! Comes in handy when I have to make a sudden stop. Don’t overthink your purchase - buy it before it runs out! This bike changed my life!
