Bike came pretty much assembled. My 11 year old daughter absolutely loves it.

I can’t figure out what seat cover would work
I bought this bike for my 14 yr old daughter. she was so excited and has been out on it everyday since. Battery easy to charge and place back on, lasts a long time and smooth ride.

my experience was great I’ve owned e bikes the super 73 first bikes the s1 and a rx which costs an arm and a leg I ordered my x1 with duel battery’s and the front shocks it arrived in 3 days put it together and it’s been amazing no problems better than super 73s s1 and I get 2 battery’s for range . Frame is nicely painted . First ride after it charged I went 43 miles out to redrock up hills and back home with 2 bars still remaining for the price it’s perfect . Mostly throttle the first time . More than enough power for around town . I might upgrade the tires and put puncture resistant liners . But that’s about it. good price point for dual battery . And the seat is super comfy .

This Bike is pretty fun! Love the 20” tires to help with off-roading. The instructions weren’t all that great but still fairly easy to assemble. Excited to ride it a lot this summer!

I received my order and I was stoked about getting this bike. Bike was super clean and looks amazing the size is perfect for me ( I’m 5’8). Don’t worry about the extra parts if you ordered the dual battery and the accessories, all the parts will come just give it a couple days. I’ve ride this thing about 70 miles so far and it does great. I live in a place where it’s basically all hills, and this thing handles it fine. I’ve taken it on trails and rocky places it does great. If your thinking about getting this bike do, you won’t regret it.
The bike is great! Built very well. Easy to assemble. My 11 year old loves it. Had trouble turning on the headlight but I messaged macfox and they told me how to do it in a rapid response. Hold down the + button for a few seconds and it tune on.
I would like to purchase this frame but I am curious what contents come with the frame?
Does it come with the rear suspension?
Does it come with handlebars or front forks?
What is the rear dropout width (mm)?

Due to the high quality of the frame, the equipped products only include the items shown in the pictures. And the frame does not come with the rear suspension handlebars and front forks. My bike came about a month ago it came with an issue we have not been able to solve it’s only going 25 mph and about 3 days ago the bike showed an err24 code and the back break lever snapped after the kickstand failed and the bike fell over my tires have popped 5 to 6 times I had to spend over $130 on inner tubes and I have not gotten any response from the developers of this bike in 4 days but overall this bike is really cool as long as it does not break.

Great bike for my city commute. It’s comfortable and I feel safe
The easy of installation and fact that the bike and light are wired for immediate use are major pluses for this light. We needed something more than just the reflector on the back as the bike could not be seen at night. The taillight provides great visibility when riding at night. The one change that would make the light GREAT would be to have it flash when the brakes are pulled.
I love the bike just one problem it’s only going 25mph on the highest mode even though on the box it says 28mph and I’ve watch many YouTube vids on the bike and it shows them going 28+ is there anything I have to do to get full power?
