Once I figured out how to install it was good but no instructions and a bag of just bolts and brackets made this a way longer process than necessary. Once it was installed it works just fine and looks pretty good. Some detailed instructions would have made this a 5 star for me. I utilized the youtube video also which wasn’t very detailed either and didn’t help much.

This was a Christmas gift for my grandson and he really enjoys it. Very nice bike.
Purchased to my my life easier so our 8th grader could take himself to and from school. What I love about it? He's always out of the house. Video games? No, what are those. It's durable. Not too fast but fast enough. No complaints. Easy install. Ended up ordering another for one of our HS kiddos. Would recommend 10x over.

I went out for my daily ride after coming home from McDonalds. Went out for a 56 hour ride and got back to the garage to put the batterys into my Macfox E-bike battery charging Explosion-proofBox. I downed 18 bottels of caprisun and heard the fire alarm and my 4 wives screaming "Didy Help!!!" I ran over seeing them try to put out the fire and closed the door on them while hearing them coughing and then heard knocking and screaming. They were probably very happy to put he fire out. This is a five star review.
Great bike, but in the first three days, the thumb throttle broke, but everything else is great
I ordered my bike December 27th and it has been saying ready to ship i really need to know when it gets here. I am located in Pembroke Pines, FL
Even though it was ordered with plenty of time according to the shipping policies listed on the site it arrived after Christmas by a day. Communication is slow and the best way is to send a text message to the main phone number. They are slow to respond but they eventually do. I believe they have accessories on hand because they ship separately, and then the bikes themselves are shipped directly from a "fulfillment" warehouse that may be the national distribution center. I was a bit worried this site was not legitimate, but I got the bike and the extra battery as purchased. The bike itself is decent quality and the components and finishes are of good quality and look like they will last. The bike assembles easily with good instructions and just a couple hex wrenches (provided with multi-tool). Performance is as expected but the dual battery is a bit of an afterthought because you turn each one on separately as one is depleted and they charge separately as well. Be sure to buy a second charger or the dual cord charger. The batteries take several hours to charge depending on the state of depletion, so charging both simultaneously is much more convenient. Pretty pleased so far with speed though the range is probably less than advertised under normal start/stop and spirited riding conditions. The dual battery is a must in my opinion.

I just got it a bit ago and i just reached 100 miles on it. The bike is amazing and really easy to ride. I thought the bike came with the adjustable suspension but you don’t need it with already good suspension. Pegs pretty cool too.

My son loves the hydraulic breaks! They work much better than the stock ones.
A quality bike for the price. Ordered Dec 13 and received Dec 24. Bike looks better than competitors.
I bought my son a pit bike last year and it was fun but it was very loud, not street legal and soon had issues with stalling. I got him the X1 for Christmas and realize this was a much better alternative. Not having to deal with shifting, gasoline and small engine problems is so liberating and much more enjoyable.
My boys love it and my little daughter loves riding it with me driving I’m 6.3” 210 on a good day this thing still goes very fun

Very good bike easy to wheelie love it it came the next day after ordering it the brakes are not the best but it’s ok overall very good bike I recommend if you want to get into bike life if I would change something on this bike, it would be the motor for more speed.

Bike is super fun and handles off road pretty well. Only complaint is that the brakes aren't the best. Over all really good for the price
