I received my order and I was stoked about getting this bike. Bike was super clean and looks amazing the size is perfect for me ( I’m 5’8). Don’t worry about the extra parts if you ordered the dual battery and the accessories, all the parts will come just give it a couple days. I’ve ride this thing about 70 miles so far and it does great. I live in a place where it’s basically all hills, and this thing handles it fine. I’ve taken it on trails and rocky places it does great. If your thinking about getting this bike do, you won’t regret it.
My bike came about a month ago it came with an issue we have not been able to solve it’s only going 25 mph and about 3 days ago the bike showed an err24 code and the back break lever snapped after the kickstand failed and the bike fell over my tires have popped 5 to 6 times I had to spend over $130 on inner tubes and I have not gotten any response from the developers of this bike in 4 days but overall this bike is really cool as long as it does not break.

I love the bike just one problem it’s only going 25mph on the highest mode even though on the box it says 28mph and I’ve watch many YouTube vids on the bike and it shows them going 28+ is there anything I have to do to get full power?
