I have had a wonderful experience with the macfox x2 I just got a full twist throttle for it a couple days ago I really want to know how to make it go 28mph cause it said it can but I don’t know how to but I looking forward to customizing the macfox x2 a lot I love the bike it’s really fun I have went to bike trails with it I use it basically every day and thank you macfox x2 for this wonderful experience

This bike is really good for the price and you get a lot of range in my opinion and it has good suspension. The only problem I ever had with the X2 it was that it would always get flats but thats the only problem I ever had with it.
I love the bike it's so much fun
The bike is smooth with rear suspension but I have a big exception the front suspension is stiff, while trying to loosen it it doesn’t make it smooth making the front suspension compress only with lots of force. The shipping is also mixed and the return policy is non existent well at least very difficult. My forks came bent and caused my bike to have many issues I ignored overall for the 2000$ I paid this bike is a crapshow. But it is a good bike for the price not recommended.
Bike looks great. However, I thought it came with gears and Shimano shifter as it appeared in the pictures as well as online reviews... I'm a little disappointed😕

Initial purchasing on the Web could use better communication as to confirming the purchase and expected delivery dates. Packaging was done with care! Expect to have a very good box cutter ready. Manual was decent but sparse in some areas (what bolts or nuts went where). Only real gripe is that there is no way to turn off the headlight without turning off the battery. This is ridiculous. Overall I give this five stars because customer support was responsive and my teenage kid loves the bike. I only wish it was made in the USA.

Super fun bike I got the x2 and it was such a smooth set up and immediate fun riding I would absolutely recommend for people wanting to get into e-bikes or people that already have one to get the x2
Rear tube was flat after inflating for the first time, and screws seem to loosen quite easily throughout the bike. I was sent two replacement tubes quickly though so that was nice. The tires bulge over the rims when inflating in spots so you have to use force to situate them properly. Overall it’s a great bike and my 16 yr old son loves it but the quality leaves something to be desired. Good value choice. Happy with my purchase so far.

I got the macfox x2 for my son for this summer and so he loves it. The speed and the suspensión on the e bike is great!!! It’s also a great begginer ebike for anybody that’s new into e-bikes and would recommend it.

Great e-bike! So easy to wheelie, and also the easiest bike to mod for sure. Parts are very high quality, and do not disappoint.Also it handles jumps like crazy the only thing I have to say that is ok is the back suspension,but besides that it is great!
The bike so far is great! The battery life is excellent! The shipping was fast but the assembly instructions for the bike need improvement especially for a single mom trying to figure it out.
Box arrived damaged and the gear shifter took the brunt of the impact so was scratched up. The front brakes make a horrible noise when applied. Other than that it is a nice bike.

I received my order and I was stoked about getting this bike. Bike was super clean and looks amazing the size is perfect for me ( I’m 5’8). Don’t worry about the extra parts if you ordered the dual battery and the accessories, all the parts will come just give it a couple days. I’ve ride this thing about 70 miles so far and it does great. I live in a place where it’s basically all hills, and this thing handles it fine. I’ve taken it on trails and rocky places it does great. If your thinking about getting this bike do, you won’t regret it.
My bike came about a month ago it came with an issue we have not been able to solve it’s only going 25 mph and about 3 days ago the bike showed an err24 code and the back break lever snapped after the kickstand failed and the bike fell over my tires have popped 5 to 6 times I had to spend over $130 on inner tubes and I have not gotten any response from the developers of this bike in 4 days but overall this bike is really cool as long as it does not break.
I just received my macfox X1 dual battery set up. It took 25 days from order until taking possession. Everything checked out except the dual battery set up on the website. It shows two batteries on the bike itself when I receive my bike there’s no place to put the second battery. Meaning you have to carry an extra battery in a backpack if need be before purchasing make sure you confirm this with the manufacturer before buying. Secondly, I also ordered the free tank bag(due to delays in shipping) and fenders for my bike upon taking possession. Those items were not in the box. They are still in route (as stated by the manufacturer) and we are now three days out. Update: 9/25/23 the tank bag and fenders showed up as promised a few days ago. The company is really trying to keep their customers updated and improve product quality. Thus far I have received everything I ordered except the 2nd battery connection attachment. Update 9/29/23 the dual battery connection came today and I was able to install without any problems. Thanks again MacFox! Customer service is extremely responsive! They may take some time to get back to you however they always try to resolve issues. I had mine all taken care of.
