When will my e-bike ship after purchase?
We process all Black Friday orders within 24 hours, ensuring your e-bike is ready for pickup by FedEx the next day. Once it’s collected, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to follow the delivery progress.
Most customers receive their bikes within 7–10 business days after FedEx pickup, though tracking updates may appear delayed until the package is scanned by the carrier.
