This is a cute little rack that could maybe carry a few things, though it is not much without the cargo crate. It attaches nicely to the bike and could be used as a seat extension if carrying a passenger, though it wouldn't be comfortable to sit on. The holes make it easy to attach a strap though they also allow for what is being strapped down to possibly get pushed or fall through the holes. I can't think of anything I might carry that wouldn't require the cargo crate.
