3 weeks of my 12 year old riding it the front wheel fell apart. Customer service was amazing, they expedited a new wheel, and he is good to go! No more problems, and so fun!
I am the owner of a small mobile electric bike shop and I had a customer whose son had a Mac fox bike, and the motor went out for some reason. I was able to email Mac Fox, and they were able to invoice me a motor. I just had my customer pay straight for the motor They got it to me very fast and everything was brand new the way that the rim was mounted to the motor was very straight much better than a lot of companies I’ve seen so I would 100% recommend Mac Fox.
Motor & rim came nicely packed, I thought it was going to come from a local warehouse but it came from overseas so it took longer to arrive. But tracking gave me an idea where the package was after clearing two customs 🛃.Took the motor to the local bike shop and the rest is history just in time for summer.
It looks really nice and also it didnt even take long to get here like at least 3 days experience 10/10
Great ! Easy to put in
No order updates. Had to contact the company multiple times to find out the part was back ordered. Didn’t come in by the date I was first told. I had a kid asking me 12 times a day when the part would be in. Would have been helpful to get order updates automatically for the back ordered part
The last was motor was defective but no luck upon returning it. So, my 15-year-old son saved up his money again and was able to purchase another after summer was over unfortunately. But nevertheless, this one is a better style. Thanks Shane Loomis
Only had it a week and it quit working I don’t know if it was my Gransons fault or if it was defective.

my bike is showing e 36 somone emailed me and said i need a new moter it will send power but the bike has to be rolling back. so do i need a moter or contoler?

Once I was able to connect with someone from the company about getting the replacement it went smooth. Getting in touch with someone and having them respond was a several week process.
