Its working great but in my opinion the price is a little steep because its 30 dollars for 2 keys

Important: Key Code Required
When placing your order, please enter the complete key code in the Order Notes. The code can be found on either the steering lock at the front of the bike or the battery lock.
Please note that there are two key versions, and they are not interchangeable:

Old Version: The code begins with K followed directly by numbers (e.g., K325). This key is non-folding.

New Version: The code begins with K- followed by numbers (e.g., K-007). This key is foldable.

We found out they can replace lost keys. We ordered and received the wrong pair however, when the error was found the were quick and kind in replacing the right key. Their customer service is excellent and I will be a loyal Mac fox buyer as long as they keep making e-bikes
It is a little expensive in my opinion but they worked great and I can finally yak my batteries off
Never received the key. I emailed asking for an update with no response. I either need the key or my money back. I’m surprised that I received an email asking for a review instead of a response to my email regarding my order.
