FAQ About Christmas E-Bike Sale
When will my e-bike ship after purchase?
We’re preparing all orders within 1 business day, even during the busy season. Once your e-bike is ready, FedEx will pick it up as soon as they are able. Many U.S. carriers have notified us that they are currently operating at full capacity, so some delays are possible.
As soon as FedEx collects your package, you’ll automatically receive an email with your tracking number. Most customers receive their e-bikes within 7–10 business days after pickup. Please note that tracking may take a little longer to update until FedEx scans the package at their next facility.

Are all models in stock during the sale?
Yes, we’ve prepared dedicated Christmas Sale inventory for the X1S, X2, X7, and M16. However, high-demand models may sell out quickly, so availability can change daily.
What payment methods are accepted during Christmas Sale?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and installment options through Shop Pay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
Does the warranty still apply to discounted e-bikes?
Yes. Every Macfox e-bike purchased during the Christmas Sale promotion includes our full manufacturer’s warranty and lifetime customer support.

Can I schedule delivery or change my shipping address after purchase?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, our team can adjust your delivery address. Simply contact customer support within 12 hours of placing your order.
Do I need to assemble the bike after delivery?
Your e-bike arrives 85% pre-assembled. You’ll only need to install the handlebars, pedals, and front wheel — tools and instructions are included.
