I’ve ordered two of these throttles. They work really good for a couple of months and then after a little bit, it starts to get a little loose and then disconnect and then just come off and cannot use anymore, but it is a great throttle.

Could use better description, had to search online to make sure the throttle and instrument panel where a single assembly
The customer service was amazing! USPS wouldn’t deliver my package so they sent out a new shipment, but used FedEx. Took about 5 minutes and it was the easiest thing of my life! The throttle works well and everything is running.
Installing the Macfox E-bike instrument panel and throttle was surprisingly straightforward and user-friendly, even for someone without extensive technical experience. The components came well-packaged with clear labeling, and the connectors were designed to be intuitive and secure.
The throttle and instrument panel fit seamlessly into the existing handlebar layout, and the plug-and-play wiring made it easy to match the connectors without guesswork. I appreciated that no specialized tools were needed—just basic hand tools and a bit of patience.
Why does it seem that all of the Macfox parts that came with the bike originally won't even last a year, then you end up stuck paying for replacement parts that are made better than what came with the bike.
I have this bike for over 5 months and it feels really good I love it. But this it my second throttle it just keep braking when I didn’t do anything. But nothing else happens loving the bike.
It’s a 7 pin throttle which I couldn’t find anywhere else, and it works just like the old throttle except the miles got reset. Overall it’s a bit pricey but atleast I can use my bike again.
